Sleep Tips for Insomniacs

I have a confession to make. For a very long time, I was suffering from insomnia to the point of complete and utter exhaustion. I would toss and turn all night long, barely getting 1 or 2 hours of sleep. It had a devastating impact on my well-being and stress levels. In the last few years, I have made quality sleep habits the highest priority, and I now get at least 6-8 hours of good sleep each night and am usually awake feeling rested and ready for the day ahead. Make it a top priority if you want to improve your performance, lower stress, feel great, and work at your optimal levels.
