Our unique Executive Interview Coaching has been developed personally by Kylie Hammond using HR best-practices, Competency-based and Top Grading methodologies to help busy executives prepare for interviews, showcase their unique value proposition and align their answers with the key competencies of the role and the values and culture of the organisation. The coaching process is efficient, includes pre and post session comprehensive support materials, and requires only 90 minutes of your time, offered in one or two coaching sessions. Our in-depth interview preparation includes a mock-interview practice session, which allows us to give you practical feedback and support and is based on what successful candidates need to do during the job interview to come out on top and get the job offer.
Once you start securing interviews for positions you want in organisations you really want to work in, it would be a shame to miss out because you bombed at the interview, wouldn’t it? We think so too. Some people say they are very confident and articulate at interview and don’t need help. However, while confidence is vital, it is not sufficient. It can also be a cause of failure.
