The program is designed to support executives at management, professional, and senior leadership levels to move confidently and strategically into their next role. It offers a highly personalised, practical and commercially focused approach to executive career transition, combining career strategy, professional branding, interview preparation, market engagement and targeted introductions to support successful re-employment.

Each engagement is tailored to the individual and delivered as an ongoing partnership. There are no fixed time limits or restrictions on the frequency of coaching sessions. Participants are supported through regular coaching and mentoring sessions, typically weekly or fortnightly, with additional support provided as required throughout the transition process. Kylie and her team work closely with each executive until a new role is secured, providing continuity, momentum, and accountability during what can otherwise be an uncertain period.

A core component of the program is comprehensive personal branding and positioning. This includes a full review and development of professional branding assets across all key elements, including executive résumés, LinkedIn profiles, professional narratives, and tailored application materials. Interview preparation is a critical focus, with practical coaching to strengthen executive presence, messaging, confidence, and performance in senior interviews.

Executives are guided on how to engage effectively with search firms and decision-makers, and on navigating both formal and informal senior-level recruitment processes.

While the program is outcomes-focused and has historically supported many executives in securing new employment within approximately 120 days, each engagement is influenced by market conditions, role availability, and individual circumstances. The Executive Outplacement Program provides ongoing support, guidance, and advocacy until a new position is secured, with success dependent on active participation and external selection processes.
