Code of Conduct

This code applies to all clients entering into an Agreement for the services of Kylie Hammond, and clients are to abide by the Code of Conduct at all times. It is the responsibility of clients to have read and understood the Code of Conduct and policies applying to them. 

Clients of Kylie Hammond will:

  • Act honestly, in good faith in all dealings with Kylie Hammond and her representatives.
  • Treat Kylie Hammond and her representatives with respect, dignity, courtesy and sensitivity.
  • Display and maintain a high standard of professionalism and respect at all times.
  • Respect the confidentiality of the information shared during their engagement with Kylie Hammond.
  • Regularly check their emails for updates or request from Kylie Hammond and respond or attend to those requests in a timely manner.
  • Actively engage in the process and prepare and participate to the fullest extent. A collaborative approach is critical in gaining the most out of the services offered to you. A failure to actively participate, or by being unavailable or unable to assist when instructions are requested from you is your responsibility. Kylie Hammond will not be held accountable in these circumstances.

  • Clients of Kylie Hammond will not:
  • Make disparaging or defamatory comments about Kylie Hammond, her representatives or her services on any social media accounts or public forums or post any other inappropriate material. 
  • Engage in any form of abuse, harassment or discrimination towards Kylie Hammond and her representatives.
  • Make improper use of any information acquired as part of your engagement.
Where a participant is suspected to have breached this code of conduct, Kylie Hammond will investigate the matter. Any breach of the Code of Conduct will be reviewed, and Kylie Hammond reserves the right to terminate her services at any time, at your expense. 
  • It is expected that clients will maintain a cooperative and collaborative approach at all times. If a dispute arises in connection with your Agreement, the parties must attempt to resolve the dispute by mediation in the first instance.
