Kylie Hammond is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Kylie Hammond Executive Search & Coaching Group. With more than 20 years of experience as a leading Executive Search & Selection Consultant specialising in Human Capital Management and Talent Management Programs, she is also a highly credentialed Executive Coach.

Kylie is the Founder of Director Institute – the leading board search and advisory business in the Asia-Pacific region. Holding a Masters in Law, specialising in Enterprise Governance from Bond University, she is a recognised expert and thought leader in Board Search & Selection, Governance, Risk Management, Board Remuneration, and Board Structure.

With a proven track record of success, Kylie has worked with a wide variety of companies to develop and implement Human Capital and Talent Management programs, and has held multiple management positions with a strong focus on building high-performance teams.

Her diverse background brings a unique perspective to both her clients and the broader Talent Management process. Prior to establishing her own firm, Kylie worked extensively in the ICT industry in senior roles with Gartner, Cisco Systems, PeopleSoft Inc., and Deloitte.

With over 20,000+ hours of practical coaching experience, Kylie draws upon her extensive business background and formal qualifications to help clients achieve exceptional results. She is a Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA) member, a Certified Practitioner of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI), a member of the Recruitment Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA), and an active member of both the International Coaches Federation (ICF) and the International Association of Coaches (IAC).

Her practice is built on the ethical standards and codes of conduct of the international coaching profession. Kylie is also a Fortune100 Executive Coach and an Extended DISC Certified Trainer and Consultant.
